Hagstrom Builder is seeking a motivated and dependable Job Site Laborer to join our construction team. This position plays a key role in supporting site operations, ensuring job sites remain organized, safe, and efficient. The ideal candidate is hardworking, detail-oriented, and eager to learn from experienced tradespeople on high-quality residential projects.

Responsibilities:

• Assist carpenters, site supervisors, and subcontractors with daily construction tasks.
• Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and equipment on site.
• Perform site preparation, cleanup, and debris removal.
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools without supervision.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with company safety standards.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to meeting project timelines.
• Support delivery and staging of materials as needed.
• Assist in protecting finished work and materials from damage during construction.

Qualifications:

• Previous construction or labor experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
