This Lake Minnetonka home was transformed from a divided small, traditionally decorated space, into a refined and masculine lakeside sanctuary for himself and his young family. The home's layout was extensively reimagined, breaking down structural barriers to enhance lake views. The renovation thoughtfully incorporates nautical themes throughout, with details like ceiling portholes and a concealed hatch that reveals a hidden lower-level wine room, reflecting the homeowner's deep connection to the nautical lifestyle.
