This Lake Minnetonka, Minnesota home was reimagined from a divided, traditionally decorated interior into a refined and masculine lakeside sanctuary for the homeowner and his young family. Our team at Hagstrom Builder carried out extensive renovations to open up the layout, removing structural barriers to maximize lake views and create a stronger connection to the water. Throughout the build, we incorporated nautical details that reflect the homeowner’s passion for boating and the lake lifestyle, including custom ceiling portholes and a concealed hatch leading to a hidden lower-level wine room.
