We are back with another Staff Spotlight!

Today we are introducing you all to Kate, our selection coordinator! Kate started at Hagstrom Builder almost 2 years ago. When I asked her what initially drew her to the construction industry she explained, “I love everything related to homes and what goes in them to make a finished space with character. I decided working in this industry would be so much more interesting and fulfilling to me.”

Her favorite part of working in the construction industry is getting to be a part of the process to build beautiful homes. She enjoys seeing selections and everything coming into place as well as seeing the finished product!

When asked what her days look like she said, “I am somewhat of an assistant to everyone. I help the accountant with his functions, clients with the selection process, project manager and jobs supervisors with budget and selections etc. If someone needs assistance with something, I likely will back them up.” In her free time she loves restoring and renovating her old home, as well as antique shopping. She also loves exploring breweries, wineries, and distilleries with her husband!
