If you asked the employees at Hagstrom Builder about their jobs, they'd tell you they work with a great bunch
of hard working guys who take pride in rising up to the level of
craftsmanship required to do truly custom work.
Perhaps that's why Hagstrom Builder is one of the few builders to have
employees that have worked for the company not just for years, but for
decades.

"I received a call and
set up a meeting to bid on a project in North Oaks. I sat
in the owner's kitchen describing the way we work with client
and architect to bring the client the best house possible.
The owner and I drove to the site for an intitial walk-through.
Upon returning to their current house, he turned to me and said,
'You've got the job. All my life I've made decisions from
my gut, and I can tell you're the guy.' He then turned to
his wife and said, 'Call the other builders and cancel the
meetings with them.' The job ended up being a four million
dollar project. This is one of my favorite stories
because it shows the level of trust we like to create."
