On Peter Hagstrom’s 50th birthday, he received a gift from life-long friend Jeff Rosell. It was wood-burnt board inscribed with the word “Trust” as well as the words from Isaiah 30:15, “In repentance and rest is your salvation. In quietness and trust is your strength.”
Located in the Victory neighborhood in North Minneapolis, Victory 44 is a kitchen and coffee bar of surprising fame. Hagstrom Builder employees have spotted it in food publications across the Twin Cities. Given this and our desire to always eat at local restaurants, when we first found ourselves in the neighborhood, we had to give Victory a try.
